OD LEGACY REALTY SDN BHD E(1)2004 is a Registered Estate Agency (REA) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEA).

Our agency was incorporated in April 2018 and is located in Johor Bahru. In less than 5 years, we expanded our operations to other areas in Johor Bahru, including Taman Damansara Aliff, Taman Adda Height, Permas Jaya, Taman Molek (Training Centre), Medini Iskandar Puteri (Training Centre), and Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan (Training Centre).

Over the years, we have been consistent in our objective to help clients utilize our services and assist them in achieving their dream homes. The demand for property nowadays is very high and aligns with today’s lifestyle. Additionally, many young people are now aware of the importance of buying a home at a young age.

We also tripled our team size, building a total of six teams. By offering equal employment opportunities, our diverse team gives us an advantage in approaching various customer demographics.

At present, there are over 500 agents under One Dream Legacy Real Estate, covering rental, sub-sales (industrial and commercial), and new projects in various strategically developing locations around Johor. We have a highly dynamic team (Key Players) that includes law firms, mortgage consultants, and property developers, who play a significant role in shaping the real estate landscape in Johor Bahru. With numerous new development projects emerging, our stakeholders work closely to realize the dreams of the people in Johor.
